Q. If my jewelry breaks, can you repair it?
A. Our jewelry is designed for delicate appeal and requires to wear with care. However, with this in mind, we take responsibility for our defect product that caused damage for the first week.

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your ordered items *before sending back the items
by email at customercare@afhouse.biz
2. Write us

- What needs to be repair with picture
- Your contact information
*Please note that the package without RA# will be returned to the shipper at their expense.
3. Send us your return package using our original box.
via an insured courier such as FedEx, UPS or USPS

4. Once we receive the merchandise, we send you a confirmation e-mail
5. We will repair your item asap and and ship to you with our expense
