AF HOUSE debuted with one trunk show in the HP FRANCE store in New York in 2004. Minimalist ideas with abstract fantasy had been the main them in the first phase of AF HOUSE. Foundation of the brand is heavily cohesive with designer, Akiko Fucci’s will to challenge the classic and ethnic designs of formally recognized jewelry.
Constructive silver jewelry with leather accessory collection, ‘MANTIS RING’ was featured on W magazine as a futuristic jewelry, and PAPER Magazine ‘Samurai’ theme with legendary Japanese designers, Yoji Yamamoto, Issey Miyake and Junya Watanabe. ‘SOFA BANGLE’ was selected for the cover of WWD newspaper.

Second phase of AF HOUSE emerged around 2008. Simple and small charms of MINIATURE ANIMAL COLLECTION became a signature of AF HOUSE. Around that time, environmental concern became high. For the hope to stop global warming that is caused by producing disposable materials, AF HOUSE chose to use minimal resources, which would ultimately minimize burden to the Earth. This concept was first recognized by an owner of ‘ABC home’ store and founder of ‘Designers & Agents’ show and they became royal promotors of this collection. Quirky bird, elephant, giraffe and numerous animals of AF HOUSE make smile on everyone’s faces. Even the collection attracted celebrities like actress Susan Sarandon, CFDA awarded fashion designer and actress Mary Kate Olsen, Super model Heidi Klum.

In 2016, third phase of AF HOUSE started. Building on 2D laser cut technique, which had been used for Miniature Animal Collection, 3D printing technique elaborates functional and decorative aspect of AF HOUSE. Keeping minimalist and environmental endeavor current, AF HOUSE is stepping in to Fine jewelry.
