HOW LONG will it take until I receive the items I order? >
After you placed an order, ordered items are normally shipped out in 1~5 business days. However if the items are order-made, out of stock, or order is during busy season such as xmas time, it will take up to 21 days.
I am in rush to receive the items I order, what can I do? >

CANCELLATION
I want to cancel my order. What can I do? >
After your order has been processed, you can make cancellation within 24 hours.After 24 hours, we can refund the amount minus 15% restocking.After the item is shipped, please follow our RETURN process. We refund you the amount to AF HOUSE Gift card as your online store credit. Shipping costs are not refunded.
